Water Purification Systems Warranty

STANDARD / PLUS HOUSING
The stainless steel housing is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchase. Any housing ever found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. *

SOFT N' CLEAN STAINLESS STEEL HOUSING
The stainless steel housing is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Any steel housing ever found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.* If filter is found to be installed improperly or abused, it will be replaced at one half price of the retail price.
Soft n' Clean Media: is warranted to be free of defects and workmanship for three (3) years of the original purchase, proof of purchase required, as long as its serviced as recommended:* (After three years please contact our Customer Service department for "media replacement" procedure.)

PENGUIN / UNIVERSAL HOUSING
The housing is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten years of the original purchase. Proof of purchase required. Any housing ever found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.*

INSTALLATION KITS
Counter top and under counter kits can be replaced at any time for one-half the retail price at time of replacement for life, plus shipping and handling.

CARTRIDGES
Cartridges are warranted for one year on a prorated basis from the purchase date plus shipping and handling. To replace your cartridge sooner, for any reason, you may pay a minimum charge of 25% (3 months usage) of the retail price of the cartridge. After that your cartridge is prorated at one-twelfth its current replacement cost for each month of use in excess of three, plus shipping and handling.
*This warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse, neglect or altered in any such way that it's performance is affected.

Full Hazard Warranty

In addition to the Warranty, BelKraft agrees to replace all or any piece of your water purifier if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake or misuse, for one half of the retail purchase price at the time of replacement.

Waterless Cookware Warranty

Full Lifetime Warranty

This full lifetime warranty is backed by the integrity of BelKraft.
Each piece of your stainless steel cookware is positively warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. From the date of registration, any piece of metal that rusts, chips, cracks, bends, melts, or breaks as a result of normal daily use will be replaced on an exchange basis. Replacement handles, knobs and temperature gauges require a $9.00 handling/processing fee for each individual item. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or alterations to the product.

In addition to it's Full Lifetime Warranty, BelKraft agrees to replace all or any piece of your stainless steel cookware if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake or misuse, for one half of the retail purchase price at the time of replacement.

Air Filtration Warranty

DELUXE / STANDARD UNITS
Your Air Purifier is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from date of purchase. If the Air Purifier fails due to defects in material or workmanship, return it to BelKraft and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.*

COMPACT UNIT
Your Air Purifier is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from date of purchase. If the Air Purifier fails due to defects in material or workmanship, return it to BelKraft International and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.*

DEODORIZER UNIT / OZONE COIL
The Deodorizer Unit and Ozone Coil are warranted to be free of any operating defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. If there is any failure, BelKraft will repair or replace your unit free of charge.

BelKraft's Air Purification Systems Lifetime Hazard Warranty
BelKraft agrees to replace any piece or component if stolen or destroyed for one-half of the retail price at the time of replacement.

*This warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse, neglect or altered in any such way that it's performance is affected. To receive the full 10 year warranty you must replace your BelKraft Air Purification Cartridge annually.
