BelKraft cancellation policy

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it for any other BelKraft product. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To cancel an order, you must send us a registered letter within 10 days of placing the order. All orders must be pre-paid. In the case of a water or air purifier, a restocking fee may be applied.

Cookware orders can take one to three weeks for delivery.

China, crystal and Sterless orders should take about one week for delivery if in stock. If some pieces, or the set is back ordered or out of stock, it can take as long as eight months to acquire the pieces as all patterns are no longer in production and we can only acquire them from past clients or other distributors with stock. For this reason you may find that some pieces may not be in perfect condition. However, if anything should arrive not to your satisfaction we will do our best to find a replacement. If anything arrives chipped or broken we will replace it immediately.

Any cancellation for any reason, is done on a product exchange basis only once an order has been processed.
