Healthier Vitamin Waters!
The overall favorite of everyone is usually the Watermelon and Rosemary!
Take a large mason jar and fill with purified water, add ingredients and allow to marinate overnight ~ serve cold! Add pure maple syrup to taste.
"All Citrus"~fresh slices of lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit
"Raspberry Lime"~1 cup of fresh raspberries+ 1 sliced lime
"Watermelon Rosemary"~ 1 cup of chopped watermelon, and 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
"Blackberry Sage"~ 1 cup of fresh blackberries+ 1 sprig of fresh sage
"Pineapple Mint"~ 1 cup of fresh pineapple chopped + 3 sprigs of fresh mint
Always remember to stay well hydrated- a rule of thumb to know how much purified water you should drink is to drink half of your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water.
Drinking enough water will expel toxins, increase the metabolism and rev up your energy!:) Have fun!
